Just got back from Cabo where I spent my spring break at the Sheraton Hacienda Del Mar Vacation Club (http://www.haciendadelmar.com.mx/) which is by far the most amazing place I have ever stayed, surpassing Greece, France, Spain and all the other great countries I have visited.
The service was outstanding with taxis called for you and arriving within 2 minutes, bags carried for you, being called by your first name wherever you go etc. Not to mention that the resort is beautiful and has the only 5 star restaurant in Cabo (Pitahayas). The beach is private and there are 2 infinity pools and one of those pool bars with the stools in the water so you can swim up, order your Pina Colada and then slip back into the water with a little buzz!
Our group did jet skiing in the main Cabo San Lucas harbour (near to the famous arch and lover's beach), ATV riding on the westcoast over dunes and rocks on a beach of sand filled with fool's gold and we went on a sunset cruise where I caught the very end of Whale Watching season and saw a humpback whale jump out of the ocean right in front of me - definately a highlight of a trip full of highlights!
